What we service
We service and repair Watchmaker Vismantas watches. We also repair and maintain watches from other makers — mechanical and quartz.
How it works
Every watch is inspected first. Only after inspection can we say whether we take the repair, what is wrong, and what it will cost. We do not give estimates from a photograph or a description — that would be a guess.
Honest about limits
For older watches, original parts may no longer exist. In some cases — particularly for watches under warranty or from certain brands — the right recommendation is the manufacturer’s authorised service, and we will say so.
Warranty
The standard warranty is 24 months. Individual models may carry a longer warranty, and where they do it is stated on that model’s page.
Care
Mechanical and quartz watches are cared for differently, and a water-resistance rating means specific conditions, not any contact with water. If you have a question about your watch, describe it — we reply personally.
